These terms cover FunnelSitter, operated by Paul Steiner, Obstgartenweg 4, 4303 St. Pantaleon, Austria. Have them read before you rely on them with paying customers. Austrian consumer rules still apply where they cannot be waived.

The service

FunnelSitter loads pages in a browser and tells you when a flow you defined fails. It does not promise to catch every bug, and a passing check is not a warranty that the product is correct.

What you may check

The free check loads one public page. Recurring monitors run only after you prove you control the domain. Do not point monitors at systems you do not operate. Do not use the product to attack, overload, or scrape someone else’s service.

Plans

The only plan on sale is Free (€0): one monitor, checked once a day. Starter, Pro, and Team are not offered yet (bald verfügbar / coming soon). No subscription is billed, and Stripe checkout is switched off. Prices that may be published later are not a current offer. VAT is not collected. Stripe Tax stays off until a registration exists.

Refunds

Refunds are handled case by case; contact hello@funnelsitter.com.

Liability

To the extent Austrian law allows a limit, liability is capped at the fees you paid for FunnelSitter in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits liability for injury caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

Law

Austrian law applies. If you are a consumer, you can sue where you live. If you are a business, the courts of St. Pölten, Niederösterreich, have jurisdiction.
